interesting and thought provoking December 23, 2014

Yaremko's essays touch many elements of life and environment. They are insightful and thought provoking. Sometimes they carry you to the scenes by magic. Can't wait for more from him.

A writer with intelligence and wit December 30, 2014

Yaremko can take a simple, everyday moment and with his writer's eye, imbue it with significance and depth. While many people just skim the surface of events, scenes and people they come across, he digs in and gets right to the heart. And he does it in a way that always makes me want to know more.

Often inspiring - Always Thought-Provoking January 11, 2015
Yaremko bills A Light from Within as a catalog of observations over a single year, yet it's equally lessons earned over a life in two different worlds; corporate and not. For anyone who keeps feet in both this is an enjoyable read.

A Pleasure to Read

Like Adam in Paradise, Peter Yaremko "names" the creation (both natural and manufactured) he observes from his Cape Cod and Vieques paradises. With wit, insight and lucid prose, he makes the oft-overlooked noteworthy, the commonplace revelatory. His "blogs" invite readers to view their own lives more critically, deeply and meaningfully. They are brief but have staying power, and are a pleasure to read.
